Stormwater management is required and shall be subject to the county's review and
approval, and shall, moreover, comply with Chapter 15.05 of the Thurston County Code pertaining to stormwater facilities. Stormwater generated
on site shall not cause pollution to any surface or ground waters, or violate local,
state, or federal standards governing the quality of such waters. Particular care
in design and maintenance shall be given to proper treatment of water prior to absorption
into groundwater to prevent any contamination of McAllister Springs geologically sensitive
area groundwater resources.
