§ 21.10.010. Intent.

It is the intent of this chapter to:
A.

Protect the McAllister Springs geologically sensitive area by provision of sewer and application of strong water quality standards for residential uses;

B.

Provide density opportunities that will make provision of sewer economically attractive and accelerate installation of sewer to this area;

C.

Enhance residential quality of the Lacey UGA by providing a high standard of development for single-family residential development at urban densities.
