§ 21.06.780. Yard, front.

"Front yard" means a yard extending across the full width of the lot from one property line to another and measured as to depth at the least horizontal distance between street line and the exterior wall. When the lot has more than one street frontage, the frontage that is not oriented to the structure's primary access (i.e., front door) shall be the flanking street front yard or, in the case of a through lot, the rear yard.
