§ 21.06.470. Lot line, rear.

  • "Rear lot line" means the lot line which is opposite and most distant from the front lot line, except, in the case of a triangular or pie-shaped lot, it means a straight line ten feet in length which: (A) is parallel to the front lot line; or (B) intersects the two other lot lines at points most distant from the front lot line.
