§ 21.06.400. Lacey Joint Plan.

"Lacey Joint Plan" means the City of Lacey and Thurston County Land Use Element for the City of Lacey and the Lacey Urban Growth Area, dated October 1994, in the custody of the Thurston County planning department, as amended from time to time.
