§ 21.06.150. Boardinghouse or roominghouse.

"Boardinghouse" or "roominghouse" means a dwelling unit having only one kitchen, and used for the lodging (with or without meals), for compensation, of not more than five persons in addition to the related family members or operator of such dwelling unit.
