"Antenna support structure" means a tower, monopole, or other structure used to support
radio, television, wireless communication (including pagers), or automated meter reading
antennas and/or repeaters. It includes new or replacement utility poles that would
exceed the height of adjacent poles for the purpose of providing sufficient elevation
to accommodate antennas. It does not include existing buildings or other structures
not specifically listed above that serve a primary function other than to support
antennas (including, but not limited to, water tanks, existing utility poles, and
light standards).
