§ 20.13A.035. Density.

The maximum density for residential uses in this district is two dwelling units per acre; and

2.

The maximum number of dwelling units allowed on a site shall be calculated by subtracting all submerged lands as defined in the Shoreline Master Program for the Thurston Region from the area of the parcel and, then applying the allowed zoning density in Section 20.13A.035(1).
