§ 20.13A.020. Primary uses.

Subject to the provisions of this title, the following uses are permitted up to a maximum density of two dwelling units per acre:
1.

Single-family and two-family residential (limited to one primary residential structure per lot);

2.

Agriculture, including forest practices; and

3.

Home occupations per standards in Section 20.54.070(16).
