Chapter 20.08E. PUBLIC PARKS, TRAILS, AND PRESERVES DISTRICT (PP) |
§ 20.08E.020. Permitted uses.
Subject to the provisions of this title, the following specific uses are permitted in this district, provided they do not otherwise conflict with the park, trail, or preserve facility's master plan:
1.
Interpretive or educational facilities, not to exceed a one thousand square foot building footprint;
2.
Passive recreation;
3.
Limited overnight tent camping facilities;
4.
One single-family dwellings for caretakers;
5.
Ball fields;
6.
Playgrounds;
7.
Picnic shelters or picnic areas, including group picnic facilities;
8.
Restroom facilities;
9.
Unpaved trails or boardwalks for passive recreation use;
10.
Maintenance facilities or offices serving the park or preserve within which the facility is sited; and
11.
Parking for up to thirty vehicles.
