§ 1.08.770. Jones Beach.

The Jones Beach election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 1 West and the shoreline of Puget Sound; thence easterly along said shoreline to north corporate limits of Lacey; thence southerly and westerly along said limits to the centerline of Marvin Road NE; thence north along said road to the centerline of 56th Avenue NE; thence west along said avenue to the centerline of Puget Beach Road NE; thence northerly along said Puget Beach Road NE to the north line of Section 22, Township 19 North, Range 1 West; thence east along the north line of said Section 22 to the shoreline of Puget Sound; thence easterly along said shoreline to the point of beginning.
