The Yelm number one election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Cullens Road NW and Yelm Avenue W in Section 24, Township 17 North, Range 1 East; thence northeasterly along the centerline of said Cullens Rd. to its intersection with Coates Road SE; thence southeasterly along the centerline of said Coates Rd. SE to its intersection with Edwards Street NW and Crystal Springs Road NW; thence northerly along the centerline of said Crystal Springs Rd. NW to its intersection with Yelm Creek; thence northerly along the centerline of said Yelm Creek to the south bank of the Centralia Canal; thence easterly along the south bank of said Centralia Canal to its intersection with the extended centerline of Rhoton Road SE; thence southerly along the extended centerline and the centerline of said Rhoton Road SE and continuing along the centerline of North 1st Street to its intersection with Yelm Creek; thence southeasterly along the centerline of said Yelm Creek to its intersection with the north-south centerline of Section 19, Township 17 North, Range 2 East; thence south along said north-south centerline to the south line of said Section 19 and the corporate city limits of Yelm; thence westerly and northwesterly along said city limits to the centerline of 4th Street SE; thence southwesterly along the centerline of said 4th St. SE to its intersection with Mosman Avenue SE; thence northwesterly along the centerline and the extended centerline of said Mosman Ave. Se to Longmire Street SE; thence southwesterly along the centerline of said Longmire St. SE for approximately 140 feet; thence northwesterly along the northeast line of parcel #21724410900 to the northern corner of said parcel; thence northeasterly along the southeast lines of parcels #21724420103 and #21724411900 to Berry Valley Road SE; thence northeasterly along the centerline of said Berry Valley Rd.
