Rochester number five election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 33, Township 16 North, Range 3 West; thence north along the west line of said Section 33 to 176th Ave SW; thence easterly along the centerline of said 176th Ave SW to Sargent Road SW; thence southerly along the centerline of said Sargent Road SW to Scatter Creek; thence southwesterly along the centerline of said Scatter Creek to 183rd Ave SW; thence westerly along the centerline of said 183rd Ave SW and the south line of said Section 33 to the southwest corner of Section 33 and the point of beginning.
