The Lacey number eighteen election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the intersection of Carpenter Road S.E. and the centerline of Mullen Road S.E.; thence east along the centerline of said Mullen Road S.E. to the eastern city limits of Lacey; thence northerly and westerly along said city limits of Lacey to the centerline of Carpenter Road S.E.; thence south along said centerline of Carpenter Road S.E. to Mullen Road S.E. and the point of beginning.
