The Lacey number four election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of College Street S.E. and 22nd Avenue S.E. on the west line of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 1 West; thence north along the centerline of said College Street to 16th Avenue S.E.; thence easterly along the centerline of said 16th Avenue to Judd Street S.E.; thence northerly along the centerline of said Judd Street to Ruddell Road S.E.; thence northerly along the centerline of said Ruddell Road to the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks; thence westerly along the centerline of said railroad tracks to said College Street; thence south along the centerline of said College Street to 14th Ave S.E.; thence westerly along the centerline of said 14th Ave to Golf Club Road S.E.; thence southerly along the centerline of said Golf Club Road to said 22nd Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of said 22nd Avenue to the point of beginning.
