The Kinwood election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the intersection of Martin Way E and Kinwood Street SE; thence southerly along the centerline of said Kinwood Street SE to 4th Way SE; thence easterly along the centerline of said 4th Way SE to Bulldog Street SE; thence southerly along the centerline of said Bulldog Street SE to Seahawk Street SE; thence southerly along the centerline of said Seahawk Street SE to Pacific Avenue SE; thence easterly along the centerline of said Pacific Avenue SE to Union Mills Road SE; thence southerly along the centerline of said Union Mills Road SE approximately two thousand five hundred eighty-six feet to unnamed road; thence west along centerline of said unnamed road to Woodland Creek; thence southerly along the centerline of said Woodland Creek to the intersection with Lacey city limits; thence northwesterly, southwesterly, southerly, westerly, and northerly along said Lacey city limits to the intersection with Martin Way E; thence easterly along the centerline of said Martin Way E to Kinwood Street SE and the point of beginning.
