The French election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the center of Cooper Point Road N.W. and the north line of the city limits of Olympia; thence easterly along the city limits of Olympia to the shoreline of Budd Inlet; thence northerly along the shoreline of Budd Inlet to the Butler Cove Waterway; thence southwesterly along the Butler Cove Waterway to the easterly boundary of Windolph Addition; thence southerly, westerly, and northerly along said Windolph Addition to the south line of the north ½ of the north ½ of Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 2 West; thence west along said south line of the north ½ of the north ½ to the center of the Cooper Point Road N.W.; thence southerly along the center of Cooper Point Road N.W. to the city limits of Olympia and the point of beginning.
