The Lacey number forty-one election precinct includes the following area: Beginning at the intersection of the Mullen Road SE right-of-way and Stikes Drive SE in Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 1 West; thence southeasterly along the centerline of said Mullen Road SE right-of-way to Ruddell Road SE; thence northerly along the centerline of said Ruddell Road SE to the northern entrance of Ruddell Loop SE; thence southwesterly along the centerline of said Ruddell Loop SE to 34th Avenue SE; thence easterly along the centerline of said 34th Avenue SE to Stikes Drive SE; thence southerly along the centerline of said Stikes Drive SE to the Mullen Road SE right-of-way and the point of beginning.
