Chapter 18.47. OPEN SPACE STANDARDS |
§ 18.47.020. Applicability.
This chapter applies to every subdivision of contiguous land or binding site plan regulated by this title where any one of the following conditions is met:
A.
The land to be divided equals ten acres or more and is located wholly or in part in the following county zoning classifications: RL 2/1, R 3-6/1, R 4-16/1;
B.
If a rezone to one or more of the zoning classifications listed in subsection A of this section is sought in connection with subdivision approval, and granted, the subdivision is subject to this chapter;
C.
Within the Lacey urban growth area, residential subdivisions of ten lots or more, and commercial or industrial subdivisions or short plats, or binding site plans of ten acres or more;
D.
Within the Tumwater urban growth area, all residential subdivisions of any size, and commercial or industrial subdivisions, short plats, and binding site plans of ten acres or more.
