§ 18.46.010. Utilities review.

Plans for utility placement shall be submitted and approved by the appropriate county department prior to installation. Plans for sewage disposal and water supplies shall be reviewed and approved by the Thurston County public health department. Plans for other utilities shall be reviewed and approved by the roads and transportation services department. An as-built plan and pressure test witnessed by representatives of the roads and transportation services department shall be required before final acceptance.
