§ 18.32.010. Applicability.

Every division of contiguous land into four or less lots any one of which is less than one-one hundred twenty-eighth of a section or five acres for the purpose of sale or lease shall proceed in compliance with this chapter and Chapters 18.04, 18.08, 18.10, 18.20, 18.24, 18.42, 18.44, 18.46, and 18.48.
