§ 17.20.100. Dust and smoke control.

The operator shall obtain all required preconstruction approval permits from the Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency, and shall comply with all of the requirements of the Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency. In addition, the approval authority may require methods of dust control, such as water trucks or sprinklers, that will mitigate the mitigation of dust from the site.
