§ 17.15.540. Performance monitoring and reporting.

A.

The health officer may require water quality or quantity monitoring as a condition of approval and to document compliance with permit conditions.

B.

Said monitoring shall be performed by a qualified individual or delegated to another county department and paid for by the applicant.

C.

The need for continued monitoring shall be periodically reviewed by the health officer.
