§ 17.15.445. Administrative actions—Official maps.

A.

The department shall update and maintain the official critical area maps.

B.

Additions or corrections to the official maps shall be made as necessary when additional site specific data is available and updated on a periodic basis.

C.

In the event that there is a conflict between a boundary on the map and the criteria set forth in this chapter the criteria shall control.

D.

Omission of a site from the official map will not exempt that site from complying with provisions of this chapter.

E.

Where an interpretation is needed as to the exact location of a boundary line or where there appears to be a conflict between a mapped boundary and the actual field conditions, the review authority shall make such determinations.
