§ 17.15.310. Review standards—Coordination with other permit reviews.
A.
This chapter does not require any permit in addition to those otherwise required by county ordinances.
B.
The performance standards and other requirements of this chapter shall be applied to agricultural uses and activities as shown in Tables 2 and 5 through any permit review or approval process otherwise required by county ordinances.
C.
Agricultural uses and activities in a critical area or buffer for which no permit or approval is required by any other county ordinance remain subject to the performance standards and other requirements of this chapter. However, this chapter does not require any review or approval process for such uses and activities.
D.
Thurston County may approve, approve with conditions, or deny any permit application for an agricultural use or activity listed in Tables 2 and 5 in order to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
E.
Compliance with this chapter shall be interpreted as meeting the mitigation standards of Chapter 17.09 TCC for the purpose of implementing the State Environmental Policy Act—SEPA (Chapter 43.21C RCW) for these critical areas.
