§ 17.09.170. Critical areas.

A.

Applications for land uses, commercial buildings and grading permits shall also apply for the applicable review or permit required by the Thurston County Critical Areas Ordinance (Title 24 of the TCC).

B.

Applications for agricultural land uses, building and grading permits that are categorically exempt from SEPA per section 17.09.055 and that have critical areas or critical area buffers, as defined in the Thurston County Agricultural Activities Critical Areas Ordinance (Chapter 17.15 TCC), affecting the project site, shall apply for a critical area administrative review (CAAR). The CAAR procedures in Chapter 17.15 TCC shall apply.
