§ 17.09.110. Additional elements to be covered in an EIS.

Latest version.
  • A.

    When an EIS is otherwise to be prepared, the responsible official may determine that the EIS should address any of the following additional elements as they pertain to the effect of the action upon the community:

    1.

    Economic impacts;

    2.

    Impacts upon neighborhood character.

    B.

    The determination must be based upon the responsible official's judgment that there exists a reasonable probability that more than a moderate adverse impact (of the additional elements) will result if the action is approved. The additional elements do not add to the criteria for threshold determination or perform any other function or purpose under this chapter.
