§ 15.12.025. Service extension charges—Grand Mound.

The department has on file a table listing parcels outside the ULID and the respective service extension charge for each parcel. Seventy-two percent of a parcel's SEC shall be paid to the county before connecting to the sewer system. Twenty-eight percent of a parcel's SEC must be paid to the county before connecting to the water system.
