§ 15.06.030. Storm and surface water rate area.

A.

Rates and charges fixed by this chapter shall be imposed in all portions of unincorporated Thurston County. The rates and charges may also apply to properties within cities and towns by Interlocal agreement.

B.

Nothing in the chapter shall be interpreted as preventing adjustments of the rate area by legislative action at a later date.
