§ 15.05.050. Failure to comply.

A.

The issuance of any permit, the approval of any plan, or the acceptance or approval of any work under this chapter, does not relieve any person from the obligation to comply with such chapter and does not prevent the county from recovering for any defective work or violation of such chapter.

B.

Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be cause for:

1.

Denial or withdrawal of approval of any project plan or permit;

2.

Forfeiture of financial guarantees; and

3.

Nonacceptance of any work by the county.
