§ 13.56.270. Duty to Provide Information.

Within ten days of a written request from the Director, each Owner shall furnish the Director with information reasonably necessary to demonstrate:

1.

That all requirements of this Chapter have been complied with;

2.

That all taxes and fees due the County in connection with the services and Facilities provided by the Owner have been properly collected and paid.
