§ 13.36.100. Board consideration.

The recommendation of the examiner shall come before the board of county commissioners at a regular or special public meeting. The department of public works will mail written notice to all parties of record of the time, place and date of the public meeting at least ten days prior to the scheduled public meeting. At the public meeting, the board of county commissioners may adopt, amend, or deny the recommendation of the examiner as the decision of the board.
