§ 12.66.025. Railroad cars—Moving across grade crossing.

It shall be unlawful to move any railroad car or cars across any grade crossing unless they are attached to a railroad engine or to switch any such cars over any such crossing without the use of a railroad engine unless such crossing shall be protected by automatic signaling device to warn to motoring or pedestrian public, or unless prior to the movement of such cars across such crossing a competent flagman be placed at such intersection to warn such motoring or pedestrian traffic along any street or road crossed by such railroad.
