§ 12.64.030. General penalty.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any provisions of this title, or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, where no other punishment is provided herein, shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding three hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding ninety days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
