This chapter shall cover those areas adjacent to the Thurston County Courthouse Complex in the city of Olympia, bounded on the west and north by Lakeridge Drive S.W. and on the east by Deschutes Parkway, and also all parking areas in the east one-half of Block 83, Olympia Tidelands Addition to Olympia.
