§ 12.61.375. Racing of vehicles on highways, reckless driving.

No person or persons shall race any motor vehicle or motor vehicles or engage in any exhibition of speed upon any public highway of this county. Any person or persons guilty of comparing or contesting relative speeds by simultaneous operations shall be guilty of reckless driving whether or not such speed is in excess of the maximum speed prescribed by law.
