§ 12.44.045. Wheelbase factor.

  • Subject to the maximum axle and gross weights specified in subsection (1) of Section 12.44.035, it is unlawful to operate any motor vehicle or combination of vehicles unless the same comply with both subdivision (1) and (2) of this section.

    (1)

    The total gross weight, including load, on any group of axles of a vehicle or combination of vehicles, where the distance between the first and last axles of any group of axles as eighteen feet or under, shall not exceed that set forth in the following table:
