§ 10.92.120. Petition to superior court.

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the board of health may, within thirty calendar days of the date of service of the board of health's decision, petition to superior court for an injunction restraining Thurston County from carrying out or otherwise enforcing the provisions of the order or from exercising its authority pursuant to Section 10.92.130, or is thereafter barred. The plaintiff bringing any such action shall pay the full cost of any transcript of the appeal hearing.
