§ 10.92.100. Notice of board of health hearing.

Written notice of the hearing before the board of health shall be given to the property owner, the appellant and the person who requested the hearing before the hearing officer, if different from the appellant, in the manner set forth in Section 10.92.040. The board of health hearing shall be commenced within twenty-two calendar days of the health officer's receipt of the appeal, unless another date is chosen by mutual agreement.
