§ 10.92.050. Service.

Service shall be made personally or by sending the notice by registered or certified mail to the person's last known address or by any other method authorized or required by the laws of the state of Washington. In case of service by mail, such service shall be regarded as complete upon deposit in the U.S. mail, properly stamped and addressed. The department may also post a notice at the location of the contaminated property. The date of service shall be the date any notice, decision or order is personally served or deposited in the mail.
