§ 10.92.020. Request for hearing.

  • Any person required to be notified of an order issued by the health officer prohibiting use of property pursuant to RCW 64.44.030 and any person to whom the health officer issues an order regarding contaminated property may submit a written request for a hearing regarding the health officer's order. The hearing shall be held by the hearing officer established in Article I of the Sanitary Code for Thurston County. The request shall be presented to the health officer within ten calendar days of the date the health officer's order is deposited in the mail or personally served, and shall be filed in the manner required by Section 10.92.030.
