§ 10.88.010. Purpose.

This chapter is enacted to preserve the peace and dignity of the citizens of the county by protecting them from being subjected to the commission of lewd acts in public places, as well as being subjected to persons urinating or defecating in public places, other than in washrooms or toilet rooms.
