§ 10.84.040. Penalty for violation.

The violation of or failure to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by imprisonment in the Thurston County jail for not to exceed one hundred eighty days, or by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
