§ 10.76.080. Watercraft—Operation in prohibition-posted areas.

No person shall operate any boat, float, raft or other watercraft, whether or not powered by motor, in or upon any bay, lake, slough, river or creek within the boundaries of a county park which has been designated by the director and posted to prohibit such operation.
