§ 10.76.050. Motor vehicle—Speed limits.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle within a county park at a speed in excess of the posted speed limit, or in excess of ten miles per hour where no speed limit is posted. The director, upon finding that conditions so warrant, may establish speed limits higher or lower than ten miles per hour and shall cause such limits to be posted in the area where so established.
