§ 10.76.040. Motor vehicle—Operation restrictions generally.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle within the boundaries of a county park, including beach areas, except upon roads, streets, highways and parking areas; provided, that all-terrain vehicles (i.e., motorcycles, motor-bikes, mini-bikes and jeeps) may be operated on park trails where such trails have been specifically designated by the director and posted for use by such vehicles.
