§ 10.72.030. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety days, for each offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
