§ 10.72.010. Definitions.

(1)

"Person" whenever used in this chapter means any individual, regardless of age or sex, firm, partnership, corporation, company or association.

(2)

"Aircraft" whenever used in this chapter means any contrivance now known, or hereafter invented, used or designed for navigation of or flight in the air, and equipped for landing upon water or taking off therefrom.
