§ 10.40.020. Remaining at scene—Penalty.

  • Every person who shall remain present at the place of an unlawful assemblage after having been warned to dispense or who shall refuse to separate therefrom when so requested by a magistrate or police officer, or who shall wilfully attract the attention of persons and cause them to congregate for purposes of an unlawful assemblage, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than six months in the county jail or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or both such fine and imprisonment.
