§ 10.40.020. Remaining at scene—Penalty.

Every person who shall remain present at the place of an unlawful assemblage after having been warned to dispense or who shall refuse to separate therefrom when so requested by a magistrate or police officer, or who shall wilfully attract the attention of persons and cause them to congregate for purposes of an unlawful assemblage, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than six months in the county jail or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or both such fine and imprisonment.
