§ 10.04.410. Cougar Mountain camp.

  • It is unlawful for any person to discharge a fireman at any time in Thurston County, state of Washington, in the following described area of the county:

    That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 16 North, Range 2 East, W.M., Thurston County, State of Washington, lying southerly of Lawrence Lake Road SE; together with the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34. Excepting therefrom the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34.

    Provided, this section does not restrict the rights of a person, acting in self-defense to take reasonable actions which, but for this section, would be allowed by law. Provided further that this section does not prohibit the use of rifles or shotguns for the slaughter of domestic animals by the owner of the animals or the owners' agent when done on the property of the owner.
